摘　　要："5.12"汶川大地震发生已过去9个月,多数地震伤员已康复出院,回归社会,社区康复成为时下我们医务工作者的焦点。我们应当抓住地震伤员全面康复的时机,通过政府和康复工作者的努力,使社区康复尽快正规、完善,更重要的是要让广大地震伤员认识康复、参与康复,实现全面康复,让其真正回归家庭和社会。Wenchuan earthquake has passed over 9 months. The majority of earthquake victims has recovered and returned to their hometown. Community-based rehabilitation has become the current focus for us. This article focuses on community-based rehabilitation-related issues. Community-based rehabilitation will improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities by improving the services to all who need it and provide more equal opportunities and promotion and protection of the right of persons with disabilities, thereby the victims could improve their quality of life and get the real recovery. Community-based rehabilitation is an important and indispensable component of China＇s health system.
