血清钙与胰腺坏死的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清钙与胰腺坏死的关系。方法：四川大学华西医院中西医结合科2003年9月～2005年3月收治的200例急性胰腺炎患者，根据CT结果分为坏死组和非坏死组，根据所有患者测得的血清钙相应的真阳性率和假阳性率做出ROC曲线以预测胰腺坏死。结果：ROC曲线下面积为0．436。结论：血清钙高低不能预测胰腺坏死。Objective：To study the relationship of serum calcium and pancreatic necrosis. Methods：Two hundred patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from September 2003 to Match 2005 were devided into two groups：necrotic group and interstitial group,according to CT imaging. An ROC curve was depicted showing the true- and false-positive rates for different serum calcuims in predicting necrosis. Results： The area under the curve was 0. 436. Conclusion：The serum calcium can＇t predict the pancreatic necrosis.
