摘  要:目的:研究影响机械通气患者BIS值的相关因素。方法:42例机械通气患者,BIS模块连续监测镇静深度48小时,记录患者镇静前后、每隔16小时的呼吸循环指标,BIS值、SAS评分,建立混合线形统计模型,评价BIS监测的影响因素。结果:患者的血压、心率、呼吸频率、PaO2、SPO2、FiO2等均对BIS值无影响,仅有PaCO2和SAS评分与BIS相关(P<0.05)。结论:BIS模块监测机械通气患者镇静深度,BIS值的变化与患者PaCO2及SAS评分有关。Objective:To investigate the related factors affecting ventilated patients' value of bispectral index. Methods:Totally 42 ventilated patients were assigned to receive the sedation for 48 hours based on BIS monitor,the parameters of respiration, circulation, BIS value and SAS scale at before and after sedation. Every 16 hours, established the Mixed Linear Statistical Model and assessed the related factors affecting the value of bispectral index. Results: Statistically significant difference was not found in the relationship between blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, PaO2, SPO2 ,FiO2 and BIS value(P〉0.05)while PaCO2 and SAS scale were related with BIS value in Statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion: BIS model monitors the depth of sedation of ventilated patients. The variation of BIS value was related to the PaCO2 and SAS scale of ventilated patients.
