摘　　要：目的观察滋肝补肾中药联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎（HBV—GN）的疗效。方法将66例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组。观察两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量，肝、肾功能及HBV-DNA定量。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论滋肝补肾中药与西药拉米夫定联用具有协同作用，对治疗HBV-GN具有一定疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of lamivudine combined with Chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney in the treatment of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis （HBV-GN）. Method A total of 66 patients with HBV-GN were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group. Twenty-four-h urinary protein, liver and kidney functions and HBV-DNA quantification in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result The curative effects in the treatment group were more satisfactory than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of lamivudine and chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney has a synergistic effect in the treatment of HBV-GN.
