摘  要:利用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱等电化学测量技术研究了Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在0.25mol/LNa2SO4+10-4mol/LNaCl、0.25mol/LNa2SO4+10-3mol/LNaCl、0.25mol/LNa2SO4+10-2mol/LNaCl水溶液中的电化学性能.在不同浓度的Cl-溶液中α-FeOOH膜对侵蚀性离子的作用机制.结果表明,Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在10-4mol/L到10-2mol/LCl-浓度范围内,对基材均无保护作用;但当Cl-含量为10-2mol/L时,α-FeOOH膜的膜电阻及转移电阻皆比低氯离子浓度的要大,此时α-FeOOH膜表现出一定的抗腐蚀能力.In this paper,the electrochemical characteristics of an in-situ formed α-FeOOH film on Q235 steel have been investigated by means of potentiodynamic polarization and EIS measurements in several Cl^- containing solutions such as 0.25 mol/LNa2SO4 + 10^-4 mol/LNaCl,0.25 mol/LNa2SO4 + 10^-3 mol/ LNaCl and 0. 25 mol/LNa2SO4 + 10^-2 mol/L NaCl. The results indicate that the α-FeOOH film formed in situ on Q235 provides no protectiveness to the steel substrate in a solution with 10^-4 mol/L Cl^-. When the Cl^- concentration reached to 10^-2 mol/L, the Rfilm and Rt of the in-situ formed α-FeOOH film on Q235 were larger than those in solutions with lower Cl^- concentration,in such case the film shows protectiveness to the substrate steel to some extent.
