摘　　要：从概念内涵、形成机制、价值判断和更新改造策略4个方面总结国内外"城中村"研究文献的观点。提出:应以价值中立作为"城中村"问题分析的逻辑起点:从"制度-行为"解释框架来理解"城中村"的形成:从合理建构城市低品质社区的角度,并在充分考虑现有制度和各种现实约束条件的基础上寻求社区治理的综合策略。This paper reviews literatures on China＇s urban village in four aspects containing definition, developing mechanism, value judgment and renewal measures. It is argued that neutral attitude should be taken as the logic beginning of policy analysis; an conceptual framework of ＂Institution-Action＂ could be used to explain the shaping mechanism of urban village; and in order to formulating synthetically strategies of community governance, the view of livable urban low-quality community should be hold in planning process, and existing institution factors and its related constraints should be well assessed.
