摘 要:综合考虑各种运行约束,实时计算配电网的供电裕度,在线评估配电网当前运行方式的安全水平,对配电网安全可靠地供应高质量电能具有重要意义。文中提出了配电网供电能力实时评估的数学模型,并利用变步长的重复潮流算法对配电网当前运行方式下的供电能力分别从整个配电网、1个区域和1个负荷点这3个角度进行了评估,能够有效评估配电网当前的安全水平及发生故障时的可转移负荷容量,为预防控制和恢复控制提供了科学的决策依据。仿真显示,该方法简单、快速,能适用于各种电压等级的配电网,且能考虑各种运行约束条件,具有很好的实用价值。For a distribution network, to provide guideline for restorative control after faults, it is necessary to calculate the load the preventive control before occurrence of violation and margin real-timely and assess the security level on-line under various operating constraints. In this paper, the mathematical model of the load capability online assessment of a distribution network is proposed. By the repetitive power flow analysis algorithm, the load capability of a distribution network is evaluated in three perspectives: the entire distribution network, a subarea of the network and a load node. The security level of the current operating mode and the load transfer capability after faults are obtained by the proposed algorithm. By this mean, a scientific decision basis for the preventive control and restorative control are provided respectively. Simulation result shows that the proposed method is simple, fast and can be applied to distribution networks belonged to any voltage level. It can deal with all of the operating constraints and has good applicability.
