摘　　要：通过劳动力要素供给、增加储蓄、带动公共投资等方面,说明人口红利对经济增长的促进作用,并从高效利用劳动力资源、优化劳动力配置制度,以及加大劳动力质量投资等方面说明如何最大化吸收人口红利。Demographic dividend promotes economic savings increasing, as well as public investment growth through the labor supply and participation, stimulating. In order to maximize the use of demographic dividend, it is of great need to absorb the labor force, optimize the labor allocation system and strengthen the investment of labor quality.
