摘  要:针对球轴承在制造过程中形成的表面波纹度对轴承振动噪声的影响,采集了国内外不同轴承厂家的轴承样品,设计了测量样品振动速度的实验方案,获取了样品振动速度的时域波形和幅频曲线。利用圆度仪测取了样品内外滚道的波纹度曲线。分析表明:异常噪声的产生原因主要是轴承滚道几何形状精度较低、波幅值较大。探讨轴承的振动噪声产生机理为指导低噪声轴承的生产加工提供理论参考。Directed at the effect on vibration and noise by bearings waviness which occur in the bearing manufacturing process, and based on bearing samples collected from the different domestic and foreign manufacturers, this paper gives the sample test program designed to measure the speed of vibration and offers time-domain wave and amplitude-frequency curves of the sample vibration velocity. The paper introduces the use of roundness measurement instrument to measure the inner and outer the raceway waviness curve of samples. The analysis shows that the abnormal noise is mainly due to less precision of geometry of bearing raceway and larger amplitude. The investigation into the mechanism of ball bearing vibration and noise provides a theoretical reference for guiding bearing production process.
