摘  要:测定不同水稻品种对白叶枯病的抗谱,有助于抗病品种的直接利用和通过分子标记辅助选择或基因工程培育抗病品种。本研究利用10个来源于菲律宾的白叶枯菌株对我国目前大面积栽培的16个杂交稻骨干亲本品种、4个明确携有抗白叶枯病基因的材料和高感白叶枯病材料IR24进行了抗性评价,结果表明:16个杂交稻亲本中对10个菌株全感的品种有7个,抗1个菌株的品种有6个,抗2个菌株的品种2个和抗3个菌株的品种1个。所有16个杂交稻亲本都不能达到蜀恢52721(Xa21)、明恢6323(Xa23)、IRBB3(Xa3)的抗病水平,说明它们不携有这3个广谱抗白叶枯病基因。从抗病的广谱性与强度评价,4个抗病基因的抗病效果强弱依次为Xa23、Xa21、Xa3、Xa4;10个白叶枯菌株的致病力强弱顺序为:P6>P7>P2>P8>P3>P1>P10>P4>P5>P9;筛选出适合抗性基因Xa3、Xa4的鉴别菌株P1,Xa21、Xa23的鉴别菌株P6。Measuring the resistance spectrum of different rice varieties to bacterial leaf blight (BLB), it was beneficial to direct utilization of resistant varieties and improvement of rice resistance to BLB through molecular marker-assisted selection or genetic engineering. It was evaluated that the reaction pattern of 16 major parents of hybrid rice, 4 resistance gene donor parents and a highly susceptible cultivar IR24 to 10 races of BLB races (Xonthonunas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xoo) from Philippines. The results indicated that 7 in total 16 hybrid parents were susceptible to all of 10 races of BB. Six varieties were only resistant to one race of Xoo. There were one cultivar and two varieties resistant to three races and two races, respectively. The resistance spectrum of 16 varieties was different from Shuhui52721 (Xa21), Minghui6323 (Xa23) and IRBB3 (Xa3), so these 16 varieties didn't contain gene Xa21, Xa23 and Xa3. The strength of resistance to BLB was in a sequence of Xa23〉Xa21〉Xa3〉Xa4. The intensity sequence of pathogenicity was P6〉P7〉P2〉P8〉P3 〉P 1 〉P 10〉P4〉PS〉P9. Race P 1 could become differential race of gene Xa3 or Xa4, and race P6 could become differential race ofgene Xa21 or Xa23
