摘  要:2004年度登陆浙江的4个台风"云娜"(RANANIM)、"艾利"(AERE)、"桑达"(SONGDA)、"海马"(HAIMA)产生不同程度的降温效应,"桑达"和"海马"导致杭州日平均最低温度低于25℃,并持续数天,对水稻温敏不育系育性产生了明显影响。台风侵扰期间在杭州自然条件下观察鉴定了11个温敏不育系花粉育性的转换特性。在持续<25℃的低温2d下,不育系育性并无影响,但日平均温度和日最低温度<25℃持续4d以上时,则会导致不育系育性转换。台风到达后10~12d,多数温敏不育系会出现正常花粉比率高峰,将对两系法杂交水稻种子生产有严重影响。Four typhoons, which were named RANANIM, AERE, SONGDA, HAIMA, respectively, land at Zhejiang Province, China in 2004, leading the effect of varying degree of the temperature decrease. Especially, SONGDA and HAIMA have an obvious influence on the pollen fertility of TGMS rice lines, as typhoons last several days and cause a decrease of daily mean temperature to be lower than 25 ℃in Hangzhou city. During the typhoon attack we observed that the pollen fertility transformation characteristic of 11 TGMS lines used in the study under Hangzhou's natural condition, and compared the variation of the pollen fertility. It has no effects on most TGMS lines, in the case of temperature lower than 25℃ continuing for two days. But it can cause transformation of the pollen fertility when daily mean temperature and daily minimum temperature drop below 25℃ and continue for more than 4 days. 10-12 d after the arrival of the typhoon, most TGMS lines showed a peak normal pollen ratio, which will give a serious influence on the seed production of two-line hybrid rice.
