摘　　要：运动补偿帧间预测＋变换域编码（ＤＣＴ）的混和编码方案是目前运动图像有损压缩的通用方法，运动矢量的估计是运动补偿帧间预测的一项关键技术。本文提出一种兼顾预测精度和运算速度的块匹配搜索方法，可适用于Ｈ．２６３建议。实验结果表明这种方法的预测精度与全搜索法相差不大，但运算速度提高了约４５倍。The hybrid encoding method,which consists of motion compensated interframe prediction and DCT,has been widely used in the damaged compression of moving pictures.A crucial technique in motion compensated interframe prediction is the motion vector estimation.This paper proposes a new BMA,which is fast,highly accurate and applicable to H.263 Recommendation.Experimental results have shown that its accuracy is a little lower than that of the full search method,but the search speed is about 45 times faster.
