摘  要:介绍了振动钻削工艺及装备的国内外研究现状及趋势,为钛合金、高温合金、不锈钢等难加工材料的深小微孔加工提供一定的参考依据。Ultrasonic vibration drilling technology of micro and small hole is a special processing technology arisen gradually. To solve proeessing problems of small and deep holes with difficult-to-machining materials has very significant advantages. Therefore, this article summarizes research and trends at home and abroad on technology and equipment of the ultrasonic vibration drilling. For deep micro and small hole processing of the titanium alloy, high temperature alloys, stainless steel and other difficult-to-cut materials, that will provide some certain reference.
