摘 要:脆性是混凝土性能的重要指标,尤其在低温环境中.为研究低温下橡胶集料混凝土(CRC)的脆性特征,配制了橡胶集料体积掺量分别为0、5%、10%和15%,强度等级相等的橡胶集料混凝土,测试了其在常温(20℃)和低温(-25℃)环境下的力学性能,从力学和断裂面两个角度分析了低温下橡胶集料混凝土的脆性特征.结果表明,橡胶集料混凝土的断裂面粗糙度比普通混凝土大,低温下能够吸收更多的非弹性变形能,屈服强度增加,脆性降低,延性增强.Concrete is brittle in general and it is more brittle in low temperature environment. We conducted an experimental study on the brittleness of crumb rubber concrete (CRC) at low temperature. The specimens were made with crumb rubber content being 0,5%, 10% and 15% by volume with the designed compressive strength aiming at 30 MPa. Mechanical properties of CRC were tested at both the ambient (20℃) and low (-25 ℃) temperatures. The brittleness of specimens was analyzed by examining the fracture surface, as well as the mechanical properties for those specimens. It is shown that CRC absorbs more inelastic energy than control concrete at low temperature, and it is also found that the roughness of fracture surfaces of CRC specimens is larger than that of control concrete. Consequently, CRC exhibits lower brittleness and more enhanced ductility in at low temperature than control concrete.
