摘 要:为研究方钢管混凝土柱与钢梁受拉翼缘连接的结构性能,基于隔板贯通节点承载力理论,对11个十字形节点试件进行了静力拉伸试验.研究结果表明,圆弧倒角型隔板贯通节点具有较好的承载力和延性,影响节点承载力的主要因素是隔板的厚度与浇注孔直径,其次是钢管的宽厚比和隔板外伸长度;在钢管中填充混凝土有利于提高节点的屈服承载力和刚度,但混凝土的强度对节点承载力影响不大.试验值与理论计算值比较分析表明,隔板贯通节点局部抗拉承载力理论计算公式对于填充混凝土的试件偏于保守,但过高估计了空钢管试件的承载力.In order to investigate the structural behavior of the connection between concrete-filled square steel tubular column and steel beam flange, eleven cruciform specimens of diaphragm-through joint model were studied by static tensile test on the basis of load-bearing capability theory of joints. Experimental results indicate that diaphragm-through joints with circular fillet at the connecting zone of diaphragm and beam flange have high load-bearing capacity and good ductility. The main factors that influence the load-bearing capability of joint are diameter of concrete cast hole and diaphragm thickness, and the second factors are width-to-thickness ratio of the tube and extended length of the diaphragm. The yield load-bearing capacity and stiffness can be increased by the concrete filled in the tube, but the concrete strength has no obvious effects on joint strength. Compared with experimental results, the load-bearing capability calculated from theoretical formula is conservative for the joint models with the tube filled in concrete, but the strength of the specimens without concrete in the tube is overestimated.
