摘　　要：目的探讨应用肿胀吸脂术，进行男性乳房肥大缩小手术方法的效果。方法应用肿胀吸脂术，以乳房下皱襞内、外缘切口入路，对男性肥大的乳房内脂肪组织进行抽吸和实质乳腺组织进行刮割，使肥大的乳房缩小。结果肥大乳房缩小明显，胸部乳房对称平坦、轮廓自然，无凹凸不平，皮肤无松弛和皱襞，乳头乳晕无感觉障碍等并发症。随访6-12个月无复发。结论应用肿胀吸脂术，进行男性乳房肥大缩小手术是一种有效的方法。Summary： Objective To discuss the effect of tumescent liposuction technique for masteetomy on correction of male gynecomastia. Methods： Treatment of gynecomastia with tumescent liposuction was done through submammary fold, hypermastia was by liposuct and section. Results： hyperamstia was removed satisfactorily with good and smoothly external appearance and unnoticed incision sear. The feeling of papillae and areola mammae is normal. Conclusion： Tumescent liposuction technique is a feasible and safe method for gynecomastia.
