10例无张力疝修补术人工补片感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术人工补片感染的预防及处理。方法对2002年9月至2006年12月10例无张力疝修补术人工补片感染的临床资料进行分析。结果8例为浅层感染，经抗炎，外敷引流处理治愈，2例为迟发性深层感染，换药长时间不愈后行补片移除后治愈。结论人工补片感染是令人烦恼的，有效的预防及积极处理甚为关键。Purpose To probe the methods of prevent and cope on no tension inguinal hemiarepair with infected prosthetic mesh. Methods reviewing analyze no tension inguinal hernia repair with infected prosthetic mesh during September, 2002to December ,2006 which proceeded in 10 cases. Results 8 cases is surface infect , give antibiotics replace,2 cases is later and deep infect Conclusion infectedprosthetic mesh is troublesome, the effective methodof prevent and cope is the key.
