青海省海西地区改良绒山羊弓形虫病血清学调查

摘　　要：应用间接血凝试验(IHA),对采自青海省海西州的509份改良绒山羊血清进行了弓形虫病血清学调查,检出阳性血清88份,阳性率为17.29%。其中,德令哈市的307份血清,检出阳性血清36份,阳性率为11.73%;乌兰县的202份血清,检出阳性血清52份,阳性率为25.79%。The serological investigation on toxoplasmosis in improved cashmere goats in Haixi district of Qinghai province was carried out with IHA. The results showed that 88 of 509 seral samples are positive, with a 17.2% positive rate. 52 ositive rate. 36 of 307 seral samples taken from of 202 seral samples taken from Wulan county Delingha city are positive, with an 11.73 are positive,with a 25.79% positive rate.
