摘　　要：从C60型梳棉机配置的刺辊针布、锡林针布、道夫针布、盖板针布及刺辊下分梳板、前后固定盖板针布等方面探讨了针布选择配套的理念,认为C60型梳棉机针布配置合理、梳理效果好,有利于产量的提高和质量的改善,指出要根据纺纱的具体要求来配置针布,C60型梳棉机针布配套思路对纺机厂正确配置针布、梳棉生产厂正确选择、配置针布均有一定的参考价值。Approaching work is done to the card C60 regarding the theory of the card configuration including taker-in card, cylinder card, doff card, and tops as well as card plates on the taker-in roller and stationary tops. It proves that the card clothing on card C60 is well configured with desirable card effect, reinforcing the quality and production upgrade. It is pointed out that configuration of card clothing should be in conformity with actual situation of the enterprises. The configuration practice of the card C60 is valuable for proper configuration of card for enterprises.
