同轴相位找水仪含水检测结果对比与分析

摘　　要：同轴相位环空找水仪在油气水流量模拟实验装置中进行刻度和监督检测。含水率检测采用了取5个固定流量和一个检测流量,在固定流量的情况下配以不同的含水比进行刻度和检测。文章给出了4支同轴相位环空找水仪的含水率刻度图版,计算了4支仪器的引用误差,对刻度图版进行了对比分析;在不减少流量点减少含水率测量点的情况下与减少流量点不减少含水率测量点的情况下,分别计算仪器的引用误差,与仪器原来的引用误差进行了对比和分析。The coaxial phase annulus water locater is calibrated and detected in the flow rate imitation testing installation which contains oil,gas and water.In watercut testing,five fixed flow rate and one testing flow rate are adopted.When the flow rate is stable,we calibrate and test with different water cut.This essay gives the water-cut calibration chart of four coaxial phase annulus water locaters and calculates the quoting error of them.Then it makes a contrast of the calibration chart.In the situation of not decreasing flow rate point but decreasing water-cut measuring point,and decreasing flow rate point but not decreasing water-cut measuring point,the quoting errors of the tool are calculated separately.Then the errors are contrasted and analyzed with the original quoting errors of the tool.
