摘　　要：生态文明理念的提出是对科学发展观的全新阐释,也是未来我国经济社会协调发展的指针。旅游产业已被列为大连国民经济的支柱产业,要实现"又好又快"的发展,必须树立生态文明理念,贯彻落实科学发展观,走和谐发展之路。大连旅游业的发展应该适应时代发展的要求,抓住生态文明建设的新机遇,树立新的旅游发展观,发展"循环旅游,节约型旅游",实施旅游"三绿工程",旅游产品的开发应建立在资源利用率和节约型上,重视旅游文化建设,大力发展生态旅游。The concept of ecological civilization is the guiding principle of harmonious development of economy and society in our country, enriching the theoretical system of scientific outlook on development. Tourism industry has been the pillar industry of the local economy in Dalian. In order to promote sound and rapid development of the industry ,we should thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development, foster the concept of ecological civilization, take the path of harmonious development, adapt to new conditions, seize new opportunities, establish scientific outlook on tourism development, develop the cycle economy and resource saving tourism, carry out the Green Project, attach importance to tourism cultural construction and greatly develop ecotourism.
