摘 要:为了提高前照灯校准器检定效率,减少人工误差和各种人为因素,降低测量不确定度和提高测量精度,使用CCD视觉成像技术检定前照灯校准器。使用相机拍照得到校准器转动前和转动后的图象,通过分析两张图片的重合性,得出其转动角是否符合规程要求。实验表明,我们选用的工业相机满足照度——灰度线性关系和低噪声,避免了民用相机因为照度——灰度非线性关系而增加转动角示值误差不确定度,以及在不同光强时校准器转动角示值误差不一致的问题。In order to enhance the calibration efficiency of the headlamp regulator, reduce man-made errors, and to improve the measurement precision, CCD visual imaging technology was used in the calibration of the headlamp regulator. In the calibration process, two images were captured with a CCD camera, one was photographed when the regulator at the origin position, the other was when it turned. The superposition of the two images was analyzed to evaluate whether the turning angle met the requirement of the verification regulations or not. The experimental results show that the relationship between the incoming iUuminance and the gray-scale of the industrial camera choses linear and the noise of the camera is low, which avoids problems such as the uncertainty increasing of turning angle indication error and the turning angle inconsistency under different intensity. In contrary, these problems do exist with the use of a common digital camera because of its nonlinear response.
