摘　　要：对多层钢结构住宅采用的两种典型结构体系进行了对比分析,研究了两种结构体系在竖向荷载和水平荷载作用下结构强度和体系的抗侧移性能,并对其用钢量进行比较.同时通过大型有限元软件ANSYS对两种结构体系的计算和比较分析,对多层钢结构住宅结构体系进行选择进行了初步探索,得到了一些有益的结论。This paper discusses the correlation analysis of two typical structural systems, and studies structural intensity and the fuction of system lateral bracing about two kinds of structural systems in the load effects of vertical direction and horizontal direction ,and compares these total steel quantity .According to the software ANSYS of finite element ,this paper calculates and analyzes two of structural systems ,it also preliminarily searches the usage of structural system of multilayer steel structure housing ,achieves certain useful conclusions.
