摘　　要：为验证决策权不同配置对组织行为模式演进的影响是否能在现实人群中出现,本文通过实验室实验的设计、实验的实施和实验数据的分析,对实验中两种不同类型(高、低集权度)的组织进行了对比分析,结果显示在其它条件相同的情况下,高集权度下的组织其行为模式演进速度要快于低集权度下的组织。This paper checked the influence of different allocations of decision rights on organizational patterns of behaviors＇ evolution in the real world by a laboratory experiment. Through the experiment designing, implementing and datum analyzing, it shows that the high degree of centralization accelerates the OPB＇ s evolution.
