摘　　要：在高参数阀门零件密封面上进行厚覆层激光熔覆时，发现覆层裂纹是主要的质量缺陷。本文主要讨论熔覆工艺，覆层材料二方面对激光熔覆层开裂行为的影响。It is found that cracks of cladding layer is one of the main defects in the laser cladding of thick layer on the sealing surface of high parameter valve.This article discusses the influences of laser cladding technology and material of cladding layer on cracking behavior of cladding layer.
