摘　　要：目的通过健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的健康教育干预,探索一种科学合理的老年AECOPD全程健康教育模式。方法选择年龄≥60岁AECOPD患者30例,进行健康教育,宣讲AECO-PD知识,教育前后用量表及问卷来评定。结果治疗依从性提高90.3%,抑郁、焦虑的症状减轻>30%。结论通过对患者及家属进行健康教育,可以提高患者依从性、保健意识、心理卫生知识、缩短住院时间。同时提高综和医院临床医师对老年AECOPD患者心理问题的早期识别有重要意义。Objective Through the health education to benefit to the elderly AECOPD patients,to investigate the reasonable health education mode for elderly AECOPD patients. Methods 30 sufferers with elderly AECOPD were educated about AECOPD knowledge, Use scales and questionnaires to assess in the period of before and after education . Results Compliance of AECOPD treatment the rate increases 90.3%, depression and anxiety lighten above 30%. Conclusion To pass the health educates to sufferers and family members, can increase the sufferers obey the rate, health care , mental health knowledge, life quantity, society support power, at the same time, it is important to increase the clinical doctor in hospital and to identify the elderly earlier period of the mental state problem of sufferer of AECOPD.
