摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗及早期并发症预防对策。方法对我院35例(39足)跟骨骨折患者采用跟骨外侧入路行钢板内固定,术后皮瓣下放置引流以防止术后血肿形成。结果35例39足中,35足愈合优良,2足切口交角处皮瓣缘皮肤坏死,2足切口内血肿形成,均经换药痊愈。结论跟骨骨折内固定早期手术并发症与切口血供特点有关。选择适当的手术时机,熟悉切口解剖,采用全厚皮瓣并避免过分牵拉,术后充分引流并抬高患肢可有效减少并发症发生。Objective To discuss the treatment of calcaneal fractures with internal plate fixation and its prevention of early post-operative complication. Methods 35 patients with calcaneal fracture（39 sides）in my hospital,were treated with open reduction and plate fixation through the extensile lateral approach. The wound were drained underneath the lateral flap to prevent hematoma formation. Results Excellent and good case were 35 in 39 cases. Among them, 2 cases of wound necrosis and 2 cases of hematoma formation were recovered after dressing changes. Conclusion The early post-operative complications of internal fixations to fractures are related to supply of blood around wound. Complications can be minimized in several ways as follows optimal time for operation,acquaints the wound anatomy,a full thickness flap is recommended in avoidance of excessive distraction,The wound were drained unhindered and the effected extremity should be elevated.
