摘 要:利用RAPD-PCR分子标记技术,对大白菜品种中熟5号及其亲本的DNA指纹进行了分析研究,从200个随机引物中筛选出互补带明显的引物S33,构建了相应的DNA指纹图谱。通过对100株中熟5号进行纯度鉴定,结果只有2个有母本特异带,与大田检测的结果完全一致,杂交率达98%。Using the RAPD-PCR molecular marker technology, the DNA fingerprints of Chinese cabbage Zhongshu No.5 and their parents were analyzed. A characteristic primer S33 showed complementary type bands of their parents was screened from 200 random primers. The DNA fingerprinting of Chinese cabbage Zhongshu No.5 was constructed, which adopted to identify the seed purity of Chinese cabbage Zhongshu No.5. Using the purity identification method, two plants showed female parent bands in 100 Zhongshu No.5 plants, which was exactly the same with the field testing. The hybrid rate was 98%.
