慢性酒精中毒患者的相关电生理检查分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨神经传导速度（NCV）和脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）对慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病（CAPN）的诊断价值。方法：用肌电图检测CAPN患者18例和对照者26例。检测正中、尺、腓、胫神经的NCV和BAEP测定。结果：CAPN组Ⅲ波、V波潜伏期及I～Ⅲ、Ⅲ～V、I～V波的波间潜伏期均延长，其间差异具有显著意义（P〈0．05）；CAPN组的NCV异常率与对照组比较差异有极显著意义。结论：NCV及BAEP检测可作为CAPN的检测手段之一。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of nerve conduction velocity（NCV）and brainstem auditory evoked potentials（BAEP）in patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：NCV and BAEP were examined in 18 patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy（the patients group） and other 26 healthy subjects （the control group）. NCV of the median, ulnar, peroneal and tibial nerves and BAEP were measured. Results： PL of Wave Ⅲ and Ⅴ, inter peak latency（IPL） of Wave I --Ⅲ、 Ⅲ-Ⅴ、 I-Ⅴ of BAEP were prolonged in all patients（P〈0. 05）. A significant difference of NCV was noted between the patient group and the control group. Conclusions： Electromyography may be one of reliable and sensitive diagnostic measures of chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy on the early stage.
