摘 要:综述了稀土粘结磁体的制备技术;说明了各种Nd2Fe14B基磁粉的特点及其最近的发展情况;较详细地讨论了剩磁增强型各向同性材料,交换弹性磁体和各向异性HDDR磁粉,还讨论了Nd-Fe-B基粘结磁体的热稳定性;最后介绍了稀土粘结磁体的应用并展望了它的前景。This paper reviewed the manufacturing techniques for bonded rare earth permanent magnets and explained the characteristics of various magnetic powders based on Nd-Fe-B and their recent progress in research and development. Isotropic materials with a high degree of remanence enhancement, exchange spring materials and anisotropic HDDR powders based on Nd-Fe-B were discussed in detail. The thermal stability of Nd-Fe-B based bonded magnets was also discussed. This paper also introduced the applications of Nd-Fe-B based bonded magnets and looked forward to their prospects.Keywrods: bonded rare earth magnet, melt-spin, HDDR, exchange-spring, thermal stability
