摘　　要：目的探讨抗卵衰冲剂与人工周期并用对卵巢早衰患者血雌二醇(E2)及血脂的影响。方法将152例卵巢早衰患者随机分为3组,中西医结合组58例,用抗卵衰冲剂、人工周期方案治疗;西药组58例,仅用人工周期方案治疗;中药组36例,仅用抗卵衰冲剂治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后患者血E2及血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]的变化情况。结果3组治疗后血E2、HDL-C与本组治疗前比较均明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);3组治疗后血TC、TG和LDL-C与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);中西医结合组治疗后E2、TG和LDL-C与中药组、西药组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗卵衰冲剂与人工周期并用,能明显提高卵巢早衰患者E2及HDL-C水平,降低TC、TG和LDL-C水平,可改善患者的低雌激素状态和血脂代谢。Objective To investigate the effect of combination of Kangluanshuai powder and artificial cycle on estradiol and blood lipid in patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 152 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into three groups. Cases in combination of TCM and western medicine group （ n = 58） were treated by combination of Kangluanshuai powder and artificial cycle. Patients in western medicine group （ n = 58） were treated only by Western medicine in therapy of artificiaI cycle. Patients in Traditional Chinese medicine group （ n = 36） were treated only by Kangluanshuai powder. The therapeutic course was three months in three groups. Changes of Fe and blood lipid including TC, TG, HDL - C and LDL - C before and after treatment were measured. Results Fa and HDL - C after treatment were obviously increased in comparison with those before treatment in three groups （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05） .TC, TG and LDL- C after treatment were obviously decreased in comparison ,with those before treatment in three groups （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）.There were significant differences between combination of TCM and western medicine group and westem medicine group, Traditional Chinese medicine group on E2, TG and LDL - C after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Kangluanshuai powder and artificial cycle can obviously increase levels of E2 and HDL - C in patients with premature ovarian failure, and decrease TC, TG and LDL- C.
