摘  要:在晶界夹角为24°的Zr(Y)O2人工双晶基片上制备高温超导双晶Gd-Ba2Cu3O7-δ薄膜,用光刻技术在晶界上刻出10×10m2的双晶晶界结,它与外电路一起构成光探测器。在80K用He-Ne激光和500K黑体作为辐射源测量了光探测器的响应特性。探测结果:噪声等效功率NEP分别为6.7×10-14和3.8×1014WHz-1/2,归一化探测率分别为1.4×1010和2.6×1010cmHz1/2W-1;响应度分别为1.8×107和3.2×107VW-1。The artificial bicrystal grain boundary junctions in GdBa2Cu3O7- thin films were fabricat- ed on Zr(Y )O2 bicrystal substrates with misorienta- tion of 24. The samples were patterned using ordi-nary photolithography. The constricted part was 1 0× 10m2. These junctions were used as optical de- tectors. The optical response characteristics of the detectors for He - Ne laser and 500K blackbody ir- radiation were measured at 80K. The detecting re- sults are as follows : Noise equivalent power (NEP) is 6. 7×10-14 and 3. 8× 10-14 WHz-1/2 ;the normal- ized detectivities (D ) is 1. 4×1010 and 2. 6×1010 cmHz1/2 W-1; the voltage responsivities (Rv ) is 1. 8 ×107 and 3. 2×107VW-1.
