摘　　要：介绍一种利用电视信号行消隐期叠加数据进行电视加解扰的方法，采用此法可以实现高速方便的寻址授权，给出了硬件设计结构图和软件流程图。This paper presents a method of TV scrambling and descrambling by means of the insertion of data in the horizontal intervals.By using this method,addressing entitlement can be implemented with high speed and conveniently.Structure diagrams of hardware design and software flow chart are also given.
