摘 要:提出了一种新型无弧可通信直流开关。采用改造过的交流接触器加上换流回路作为直流接触器的本体,并以单片机为核心,实现了主电路的无弧接通与分断控制。设计了适用于宽电压输入、交直流通用、高电压起动低电压保持的控制回路,实现了节能无声运行,极大提高了该开关的操作频率、使用寿命和性能指标。试验验证表明,该样机可靠性高、体积小、抗干扰能力强。A new type of arcless communicative DC switch was proposed. Adoping modified AC contactor and snubber circuit as main "body of DC contactor, single chip as core, the arcless making and breaking control of main circuit were realized. A control loop was designed and fit to wide range of AC/DC voltage, working way of high voltage making and low voltage holding. Material saving and non-noise operation were realized and the operating frequency, electrical endurance and performance index were effectively improved. Test results show this prototype has high reliability, small volume and strong anti-interference ability.
