摘　　要：铬因其硬度高、耐磨、润滑、导电、憎油水及耐蚀等性能,被用于轧辊表面而改变其本来的性能,它给冶金工业带来了巨大的利益。它减少了换辊次数,提高了轧制率,轧出的薄板清晰、明亮,使钢板的质量上了一个台阶[1]。Due to its high hardness, excellent wear resistance, good lubrication, electric conduction, oil ＆ water repellence, good corrosion resistance, etc. , chromium is used on the surface of rollers to improve roller original performance. It has brought about tremendous benefits to metallurgical industry. It can reduce roller changing times and improve rolling efficiency, making the rolled sheet clear and bright, thus the quality of steel sheet is upgraded.
