摘 要:针对非稳态导热集总参数法在应用中有较大限制条件问题,提出了在0<B i<∞条件下,非稳态导热平均温度集总参数分析方法,建立了平均温度瞬态响应关系式.以无限大平板为例,建立了平均温度、外表面温度、中界面温度、任意无量纲位置处的瞬时温度表达式,并给出具体的实例验证.该式比通用的He isler图解法更为简洁方便.应用推导出的温度表达式,结合给出的辅助参数表,可以方便地进行工程实际问题的求解,解决了非稳态导热问题误差大的困惑.Aiming at the limitation of the lumped parameter analysis method for unsteady-state thermal conduction, the mean temperature lumped parameter analysis method was proposed. The mean temperature response formula was established under the convection boundary of 0 〈 Bi 〈 ~. With taking an infinite plate as an example, the formula of the mean temperature, surface temperature, middle interface temperature and transient temperature at any position were derived. The formula was verified through real samples. The present method for solving unsteady-state thermal conduction problem is more convenient and practical than the Heisler chart solution. The actual engineering problem can be conveniently solved by applying the proposed temperature formula and combining with the supplementary parameters. And thus, the large error for unsteady-state thermal conduction problem can be reduced to the lowest degree.
