摘　　要：本文讨论了利用数字化网络视频监控技术和网络化实验装置,设计一种以开放性电工电子实验为基础的实验教学和管理系统。该系统可在开放性实验教学中,用于远程教学,能够规范实验管理,提高实验教学和实验管理水平,并有效地解决了在传统实验中存在的问题。在该系统的开放式实验教学平台上,学生可自主选择实验时间和实验项目,为学生提供了一个适合个性化发展的空间和平台。According to advanced digital network video monitoring technology and network experiment equipment, a system of experiment teaching and management based on open electrical and electronics experiment is designed in this paper. Using this system, we can complete the remote experiment teaching, standardize experiment management, save the human resources, and raise the level of experiment teaching and management completely. The experiment platform indicated that the students can choose their own experiment time and subjects, which gives the students space and platform for individual development.
