摘  要:小麦黄矮病是中国小麦上的重要病害之一,由麦蚜持久性传播大麦黄矮病毒引起,具有间歇式流行的特点。为了综合运用小麦黄矮病各种防控措施,本文综述了小麦黄矮病在中国的发生及流行因素、蚜虫及小麦黄矮病的预测预报、抗病品种培育、化学防治、农业防治等方面的研究,并展望了未来的研究和防治策略,即寻找和利用多种抗黄矮病(BYDV)基因,培育具有优良农艺性状的多聚品种;综合运用各种防控措施进行蚜虫防治,切断BYDV的传播;筛选和研发病毒抑制剂,特别是对环境无污染的植物源和微生物源病毒抑制剂,减轻BYDV对小麦的危害。Wheat yellow dwarf, one of major diseases of wheat in China with intermittent epidemic, was caused by barley yellow dwarf virus transmitted by several aphid species (Sitobion avenae, Schizaphis graminum Rond. , Rhopalosiphurn padi L. or Rhopalosiphum madis)in a persistent circulative, nonpropagative manner. We summarized the research progress of occurrence, epidemic factors, prediction of BYDV and aphid, breeding resistant or tolerant cultivars, chemical control (insecticide treatments) and cultural practices to provide reference for the optimization of preventing, controlling the occurrence or epidemic of barley yellow dwarf by depending on all of control methods. Finally, research strategy and control in the future were proposed as to find and utilize multiple genes for resistance to BYDV, breed cultivars with the elite agronomic traits for resistance to other plant diseases, such as wheat stripe rust, wheat powdery mildew and wheat scab. Various measures were taken to control aphids so as to reduce spread of BYDV. Virus inhibitors, especially, botanical virus inhibitors and microbial virus inhibitors with no pollution to environment were screened to relieve the damage caused by BYDV.
