摘　　要：为了探讨瘦蛋白受体(OBR)基因在肉鸡不同组织中的表达差异,采用半定量RT-PCR和Northern blot方法检测OBR基因在不同发育阶段的肉鸡高脂系公鸡多种组织中的表达情况。结果表明:OBR基因在所检测的8种组织中均有表达,且表达量存在差异,其中大脑、心脏中的表达量高,并显著高于其他组织(p<0.05),腿肌和胸肌中的表达量较低。The present study was designed to investigate the expression difference of the OBR gene in numerous tissue of meattype chickens. The expression levels of OBR gene in numerous tissues were detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Northern blot assay. The results showed that OBR gene was expressed in all tissues. The expression level of OBR gene was different in various tissues, and it was higher in brain and heart than those in other tissues （p〈0.05）, and lower in leg muscle and breast muscle than those in other tissues.
