摘 要:研究不同盐度条件下亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)对斑节对虾的急性毒性,为不同盐度条件下亚硝酸氮的调控提供依据。采用常规生物毒性实验方法进行试验,结果表明:盐度为25的条件下,24h LC50、48h LC50、72h LC50和96h LC50分别为91.4,69.1,56.5,43.5mg·L-1;盐度为20的条件下,分别为59.1,53.1,41.0,36.8 mg·L-1;盐度为15的条件下,分别为35.5,31.1,21.5,14.3mg·L-1;盐度为10的条件下,分别为22.1,18.4,16.0,14.2mg·L-1;盐度为5条件下,分别为12.4,7.1,3.6,0.2mg·L-1;而在盐度为25,20,15,10,5的条件下,亚硝酸氮的安全浓度分别为4.4,3.7,1.4,1.4,0.02mg·L-1。不同盐度条件下,亚硝酸氮安全浓度的排序:盐度25>盐度20>盐度15>盐度10>盐度5;所以亚硝酸氮浓度越高,斑节对虾的抗病能力越弱,盐度越低,亚硝酸氮的毒性越强。A conventional toxicity experiment was conducted to study the effect of nitrite nitrogen on the toxicity and disease resistance of P.monodon under different salinity. Conventional methods of biological toxicity test was used. The results showed that the salinity had a significant influence on the toxicity of nitrite nitrogen to Penaeus monodon. Under the salinity of 25.0, LC50 of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 91.4, 69.1, 56.5 and 43.5mg·L^-1 under the salinity of 20, LC50 of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 59.1, 53.1 ,41.0 and 36.8mg·L^-1. Under the salinity of 15, LC50 of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 35.5, 31.1, 21.5 and 14.3mg·L^-1. Under the salinity of 10, LC50 of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 22.1, 18.4, 16.0 and 14.2mg·L^-1. Under the salinity of 5, LC50 of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 12.4, 7.1, 3.6 and 0.2mg·L^-1. While under the salinity of 25.0, 20.0, 15.0, 10.0 and 5, SC of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h respectively were 4.4mg·L^-1, 3.2mg·L^-1, 2.2mg·L^-1, 2.1mg·L^-1 and 1.3mg·L^-1. Under different salinity, SC of Penaeus monodon to nitrite nitrogen sequenced was 25〉20〉 15〉10〉5, and the higher of nitrite nitrogen, the weaker of disease resistance of Penaencs monodon,and the lower of salinity, the heavier of toxicity of nitrite nitrogen.
