摘　　要：整理历代医案中腰部症状的1 650种描述,确立了10个症状单元:腰酸、腰痛、腰软、腰胀、腰重、腰冷、腰紧、腰木、腰热、腰麻;8个腰痛的二级临床特征:掣下肢、掣腹、掣背、剧痛、刺痛、绞痛、隐痛、阵发痛;8个限定因素:经期腰痛、经期腰酸、经前腰痛、腰痛活动加重、腰痛按压加重、腰痛遇风寒加重、腰痛按压缓解、腰痛夜间加重。其中有些内容是当代中西医学权威著作没有提及的。There were 1 650 different descriptions on the waist manifestations in the Chinese medical records of the past dynasties. 10 symptom units were summarized from the descriptions,which were waist sluggishness,waist pain, waist weakness,waist fullness,waist heaviness,waist coldness,waist constringency,waist numbness,waist hotness and waist tingling. 8 second-level clinical characteristics of waist pain were found,which were waist pain reflects to the leg,the abdomen and the hack,and drastic pain,stinging-like pain,wring-like pain,slight pain and intermittent pain. 8 affecting factors were also extracted,which were waist pain during menses,waist sluggishness during menses, waist pain before menses,waist pain aggravated by heavy work,waist pain aggravated by coldness,waist pain alleviated by pressing,waist pain aggravating in the evening. There were lots of contents had not been referred to in the au- thoritative works of Chinese and western medicine.
