摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病的有关诊断指标与γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)的关系。研究血清葡萄糖,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),胰岛素(INS),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标与γ-GT间的相关性。方法:连续观察210例新诊断的2型糖尿病患者,检测上述指标及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)。用HOMA稳态模式计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。比较上述指标在2型糖尿病患者和健康组间的差异和γ-GT与糖尿病诊断指标间的相关性。结果:糖尿病组的γ-GT较非糖尿病组的γ-GT明显升高;2型糖尿病患者中γ-GT与HbA1c、INS和HOMA-IR具有相关性。γ-GT与血清中TC、TG也有一定的相关性。结论:γ-GT升高与2型糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗有相关性,且与TC、TG也呈正相关,表明血清r-GT升高可能是2型糖尿病一个新的危险因素。Objective: To observe the relationship between serum γ-GT and the diagnostic indexes of type 2 diabetes and study the correlation of serumγ-GT and blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin Alc (HbA1c), insulin (INS),insulin resistant index (HOMA-IR). Methods: 210 patients with type 2 diabetes were observed seriately. The above indexes and total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) were estiated, and the insulin resistant index was by homeostasis model. The differences of above indexes between the diabetic and healthy groups were compared and the correlation between the γ-GT, HbA1c, INS and HOMA-IR was observed. Results: γ-GT was much increased in patients with type 2 diabetes group. There was positive correlation between γ-GT, HbA1c,INS and HOMA-IR. γ-GT was also correlated with TC and TG. Conclusion: The increase of serum γ-GT is associated remarkably with type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, TC and TG. The increase of serum γ-GT may be a new risk factor of type 2 diabetes.
