美国金融危机的形成机理分析

摘　　要：探析金融危机的形成机理是预防金融危机发生的前提。通过对金融危机早期的基本理论进行总结,根据已有的理论模型探析美国金融危机的形成机理,并从现实角度出发,从内部成因上防范金融风险,可以有效地降低金融危机发生的可能性。Pursuing the cause of the financial crisis is the premise of preventing it. In the first part, the article depicts some theories of financial crisis, and then it analyzes the main causes of American financial crisis which happened recently. At last, the article proposes some solutions to prevent financial crisis in terms of their internal reasons, which may effectively reduce the probability of the crisis.
