摘　　要：论述了河南省地表水环境污染的现状,分析了我省水污染防治及改善问题的主要因素,提出防治思路。把水环境保护作为经济结构调整的重要手段,大力发展水处理科学技术及其产业,制定适应市场经济体制的水资源管理体系。The article discuss the status aquo of surface water environment in Henan province, and analyzes the main factors of water pollution control, and the protect ways was brought forward. Take the water environment protection as the main means of adjusting economy structure to develop the water treatment technology and industry and water resources management system adapting to market economic system
