摘  要:以三氯氧磷和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在自制催化剂固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3/La3+作用下合成了磷酸三(1,3-二氯丙基)酯,研究了SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3/La3+对合成反应的影响.结果表明:在n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(三氯氧磷)=3.3∶1、催化剂用量为三氯氧磷的2%、反应时间为3h时,酯化率达98.5%.该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用.The synthesis of TDCP was studied, with phosphorous oxychloride and epichlorohydrin as reactants and rareearth solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2-Al2O3/La3+as catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions on the product yield were examined, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: n( phosphorous oxychloride) : n(epichlorhydrin) = 3.3: 1, the mass of catalyst is 2% of phosphorous oxychloride, reaction time is 3 h. The yield of TDCP was about 98.5%. The catalyst can be easily recovered and rescued to give almost the same yield of the esterified product as that give by fresh SO4^2-/TiO2-Al2O3/La3+.
