摘 要:绞车传感器是钻井过程中进行井深测量的关键设备,其测量准确与否取决于传感器的设计精度、电路的抗干扰能力等因素。在简介绞车传感器原理基础上,认为传感器探头安装、信号电缆选择、供电电压和仪器电路本身的抗干扰能力是影响传感器井深测量精度的主要因素,针对这些因素提出了确保井深测量精度的解决方法;同时,简介了传感器调节电路的技术性能指标、参数设置规则和信号处理与输出过程和格式。分析表明,在消除影响传感器外在因素影响的条件下,采用超低功耗的单片机可满足传感器井深测量精度的要求。Drawswork sensor is the key device for well depth measurement during drilling,whether the measurement is precious or not depends on the designing accuracy and the ability of anti-interference from the circuit of it.On the basis of describingthe principles of the drawswork sensor,the author considered that the installation of the sensor probe, the selection of the signal cable,power voltage and the anti-interference ability of the device circuit were the main factors that influenced the depth measurement accuracy,and provided the solving methods for ensuring depth measuring accuracy according to the above factors,and meanwhile briefly introduced the technical specific index,the rules for the parameters adjustment and the procedure and pattern of the signal processing and outputting.The analysis showed that the requirement for the accuracy of the sensor measurement could be met by adopting the single board device of ultra -low power consumption under the condition of eliminating the influencing external factors of the sensor.
