摘  要:目的建立一种直接、快速消解空气中硒及其化合物的原子荧光光谱法。方法已采样的微孔滤膜直接用硝酸消解,2%盐酸定容,原子荧光光谱法测定空气中硒及其化合物。结果方法线性良好,r=0.9997,样品加标平均回收率为97.0%-103.0%,精密度高(RSD〈5%),最低检出量为0.005μg/ml。结论该方法直接、快速、简便、灵敏度高、干扰少,消耗试剂少,取得满意结果。[ Objective ] To establish a direct and rapid method for determination of Selenium and its compound in air by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Methods] The sampled microfiltration membrane was digested by nitric acid, diluted with 2% hydrochloric acid to volume ; Selenium and its compound in air were detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Results ] This method had good linearity ( r = 0.9997) ; recovery rate of standard additions was in the range of 97.5 % - 103.0 % ; RSD was less than 5% and detection hmit was 0. 005μg/ml. [ Conclusion ] This method, which has low interference and consumes less reagent, is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, and has satisfactory result
