农村外来妇女家庭内传播艾滋病情况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解河南省信阳市农村外来女性艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状态及家庭内传播流行病学特征。方法对信阳市近年来发现的外来妇女及HIV感染者进行面对面问卷调查,并对其家庭成员进行艾滋病检查。结果全市共调查外国或外省嫁入妇女374人,有33人感染HIV,感染率高达8.82%。有些来自艾滋病流行相对严重的省和国家,部分外来妇女有婚外性行为和吸毒史,8人来自缅甸,7人来自越南,有14人来自云南,3人来自广西,1人来自重庆。有9人传给丈夫,有4人传给子女。结论部分农村地区外来嫁入女性中感染有HIV,应加强该类人群的HIV/AIDS监测、健康教育和行为干预,对感染者进行随访,防止家庭内的二代传播。[ Objective] To understand the infection status and epidemiological characteristics of HIV among the married immigrant women in rural areas of Xinyang city in Henan province. [ Methods ] Comprehensive questionnaire investigation was conducted among the immigrant women, the HIV infected people and their families in Xinyang city. [ Results] Among the 374 immigrant women in the city, 33 people were found infected with HIV {8.82% }, some of which came from AIDS epidemic provinces or nations, 8 from Burma, 7 from Vietnam, 14 from Yunnan, 3 from Guangxi and one from Chongqing; 9 husbands and 4 children were infected. [ Conclusion ] Some married immigrant women are infected with HIV; HIV/AIDS surveillance, health education, behavior intervention and follow-up investigation should be strengthened among this population in order to prevent the cross-generation transmission.
