贵州省镇宁县卖淫妇女艾滋病和梅毒监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省镇宁县卖淫妇女艾滋病性病流行情况,为采取艾滋病性病的干预控制措施提供科学依据。方法对镇宁县辖区内娱乐场所中的卖淫妇女进行调查,并采集静脉血进行HIV抗体和梅毒检测。结果236名卖淫妇女中,最小年龄15岁,最大年龄49岁,平均年龄27.4岁;初中及以下文化228人;未婚82人,已婚148人;外来流动人员191人;从未或有时使用安全套的165人;查出HIV感染者2例,梅毒感染者11例。结论卖淫妇女的艾滋病相关危险行为发生率和性病感染率较高,应加强对该人群艾滋病性病监测,积极开展预防艾滋病性病知识宣传教育,是控制其传播的重要措施。[ Objective ] To understand the epidemic status of AIDS and syphilis of female prostitutes in Zhenning County of Guizhou Province. [ Methods] Female prostitutes in places of entertainment in Zhengning County were investigated, and venous blood was collected to conduct HIV antibody and syphilis detection. [Results]Of 236 female prostitutes, the minimum age was 15 years, and the maximum age was 49 years, with the average age of 27.4 years; 228 had junior middle school or lower education; 82 were unmarried and 148 were married; 191 were floating population; 165 never or sometimes used condoms; 2 were detected HIV positive and 11 were detected syphilis positive. [ Conclusion] The incidence of AIDS related risk behaviors and venereal diseases were higher in female prostitutes, for whom surveillance of AIDS and venereal diseases should be strengthened. Active implementation of propaganda and education of venereal diseases and AIDS knowledge is the important strategy to control and prevent spread of the diseases.
