抗-HCV阳性与ABO血型抗原关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的了解抗-HCV阳性与ABO血型间的关系。方法抗-HCV检测采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,ABO血型鉴定用凝集法。结果1084名献血员抗-HCV阳性者,其中A型占25.0%,B型占33.12%,O型占32.93%,AB型占8.95%;与健康组ABO血型分布结果相似。结论抗-HCV阳性率与ABO血型抗原无关。[ Objective ] To understand the relationship between Anti-HCV positive and ABO blood types. [ Methods ] Anti-HCV was detected by ELISA; ABO blood types were identified by agglutination method. [ Results] Among the 1084 blood donors of HCV positive, 25.0% were type A, 33.12% were type B, 32.93% were type O and 8.95% was type AB; the distribution was similar to the result of the health group. [ Conclusion] Anti-HCV positive rate has nothing to do with ABO blood types.
